A few names to thank.

Lisa, Maggie, Nick, Dave, Yann, Devin, Emilie, and Amandine.  FIMA would not have been possible without any of you.

I’m keeping busy with a new day job right now.  I will get back on the art soon.

Back to FIMA in Montreal tomorrow!  I’ll be at booth #39 at the corner of St. Catherine and Montcalm.  Maybe I’ll get to chase a crazy lady down the street with the glove again!  Hope to see you there!

dscf0830-320.jpgI think I left a part of myself in Montreal.

Luckily, I’m going back Thursday, July 8th for the second weekend of FIMA.

Thank you Montreal for making FIMA one of the most amazing artistic experiences I have ever been a part of.

It’s going to be a crazy week.  FIMA starts on Thursday July 1st.  Scroll down for details on that.  Before that, there’s another project that has been coming together.  A few months ago I was contacted by the Rideau Street BIA to come up with designs for a brochure stand that would also double as a tourist location pointer for the Byward Market in Ottawa.

Things are finally at a point where I have something recognizable to show.  I’ve put a gallery together on facebook.  It should be accessible by clicking the above image even if you don’t have an account.

fima_image_haut_fr1.jpgHere’s a very small portion of the 2010 Map for FIMA.  I’ll be near the red circle July 1st - 4th!  Click the banner for details on the festival.  Apparently there’s really good all you can eat sushi nearby.fima-map.JPG

fima_image_haut_fr.jpg La Festival International des Arts En Montreal (FIMA) is a 8 day festival that showcases an amazing variety of Art.  I’m very excited to be a part of it this year.  It runs from Thursday, July 1st to Sunday July 4th, and then again from Thursday, July 8th to Sunday July 11th.  My works will be set up along St. Catherine Street between St. Thimothée and Papineau from 1pm until 10pm.

Click the Fima logo for further details.

Here’s the map of the new Arts Festival in Central Park for June 5th and 6th.  I will be somewhere near the red dot.park_map2010.jpg

Tamara Mann spent most of the evening at La Petite Mort viewing my show through her camera.  The resulting collection is phenomenal.  She is also responsible for the show making it to the gallery so a special thanks goes out to her.  Click the image to see her collection of photos on flickr.
